This project establishes a continuous professional development system for teachers, focusing on modern learner-centered pedagogy, classroom management, assessment strategies, English language teaching, and the use of technology in instruction.
Training will be delivered through workshops, coaching sessions, peer-learning circles, and digital resource platforms. Teachers will receive ongoing academic support to improve lesson delivery, student engagement, and inclusive education practices.
By strengthening teaching capacity, the project improves student learning outcomes, increases school retention rates, and raises overall academic performance. The long-term goal is to create a community of skilled educators who can sustain high education standards and mentor future teachers in Cabo Delgado.
