Inclusive Primary School
Construction and operation of a high-quality, inclusive primary school offering small class sizes, trained teachers, early English instruction, and digital literacy. The school provides scholarships for vulnerable children and creates local employment opportunities.
This project involves the establishment and operation of a model inclusive primary school in Cabo Delgado, designed to provide high-quality education in a safe, child-friendly environment. The school will feature small class sizes to ensure personalized attention, qualified and continuously trained teachers, and a modern curriculum that integrates early English language instruction and digital literacy from the first years of schooling.
Special attention will be given to inclusive education practices, ensuring that children with disabilities, children from displaced or vulnerable families, and those traditionally excluded from schooling have equal access to learning opportunities. The school will also offer scholarship programs covering tuition, uniforms, and school materials for children from low-income households.
Beyond improving educational outcomes, the project will generate local employment through the recruitment of teachers, administrative staff, and support personnel, contributing to community economic stability. By creating a center of academic excellence, the Inclusive Primary School will serve as a replicable model for improving education standards across northern Mozambique
